Scope Of Work
General RV is a parking expansion project for the nation’s largest family-owned RV dealership in Dover, Florida (just outside of Tampa). This 43 acre site encapsulates Alto’s skill and precision for site preparation, earthwork, storm drainage systems, and asphalt paving. This site necessitated digging a retention pond, which required moving 150,000 cubic yards of dirt. A large storm infrastructure system was also installed and connected to the FDOT storm system on Highway 92. The heavy-duty parking lot is designed to sustain the wear and tear of motorhome and heavy traffic.
