Scope Of Work
This unique project completely overhauled the site from a former concrete block plant to an OTR trucking facility. The existing condition of this location included the demolition and removal of concrete 10-12 foot thick. Alto Recycling, a subsidiary of Alto Construction, relocated its crushing equipment, a cost-saving solution to crush (recycle) the concrete on-site and repurpose the material as base material to prepare the 7-8 acre area for the heavy-duty asphalt pavement. Storm and water utilities were also part of this unique site project.
