Scope Of Work
Chase Bank one of the nation’s largest banking institutions expanded two call center parking facilities both located in Tampa, FL. Both projects were awarded to two local general contractors with the stipulation that both facilities would be built concurrent with each other. Highland Oak’s 3.4 acres was stripped and cleared to make way for 310 employee parking stalls complete with retention pond, storm drainage system, curb and sidewalks. Fountain Square’s 4.5 acres created 443 employee parking stalls. Both projects were completed on-time during the months of June – August through an extremely rainy summer season.
