Scope Of Work

 Hwy 4  consisted  reconstruction  8 drainage systems  shoulder widening on both  North  South side  Hwy 4.  intersections were reconfigured to accommodate  widening   highway.    installation   84 inch reinforced concrete pipe proved to be on   most difficult aspects   .  intallation  this pipe required a full weekend shut down   highway  BCPG crews worked around  clock to remove  existing drainage system  to replace it with a new larger system.

Additional Information: Due to State  County restrictions,  lion share    was put on hold until late 2014. Per  States request,  contract cold plane  repave was completed  May  2014 to mitigate any public  issues  to minimize State required maintenance.  84? pipe was installed on  Hwy 4   January  2015.
