Scope Of Work
The Arbors Phase 2 is a 50 acre expansion to an existing neighborhood in New Kent County, VA. Shoosmith Construction handled all aspects of site construction to include: land clearing, grading, water utilities, sanitary utilities, storm utilities (including 3 large storm water management ponds) as well as concrete work and asphalt paving of the neighborhood. As this expansion is adjacent to the existing community, we focused very hard on mitigating impacts to the current residents during construction. We worked on a very tight schedule to turn over lots to the homebuilders to build the houses. Lots were turned over in May of 2020.
