Scope Of Work

Greystar Scotts Addition involved demolition of an entire city block and construction of a new apartment complex with commercial space on the bottom.  Shoosmith Construction arrived on site after demolition was completed to start grading the site and installing some of the utilities.  The owner has a very aggressive schedule we are working on to turn the site over to other trades.  After the site is graded, Shoosmith will leave for a period of time before coming back to finish out the utilities, concrete and asphalt work.
