Scope Of Work
For more than 50 years, ODOT and the City of Tulsa have intended to complete an outer loop around the downtown corridor, and with this project, that plan will now be in sight.
In this new five-mile long alignment, we excavated nearly 1.5 million cubic yards of onsite material and hauled in nearly 2 million cubic yards of offsite material. Material types changed rapidly through the rolling hills as they approached the Arkansas River, including sandstone, grey shale, river sand, silty sand and silty loam.
Our project team worked alongside multiple firms to provide the project owners with a quality product, timely execution, and cost-efficient solutions.
