Scope Of Work
This multi-purpose facility at the corner of Bridge Street and Broadway Avenue brings locally-owned and nationally-known New Holland Brewing Company to Grand Rapids’ West Side. Half occupied by New Holland - with a distillery tasting room, brewery, and restaurant - the other half of the development is being built out to include both residential and retail spaces. The Mitten State and Ando Asian Kitchen are tenants in the mixed-use development with New Holland.
