Scope Of Work
The Byron Center outlet mall represents Tanger's second Michigan location, but the first to reflect recent design improvements the retailer has made to newer outlet centers. Designed by Dorksy + Yue International Architecture, the Byron Center Tanger Outlets is comprised of 10 buildings with canopied storefronts, wide walkways, stamped concrete, an outdoor ornamental fireplace, Tivoli light pole system, flower gardens and benches. Sitting on 42 acres, the project features 84 stores including Nike, Brooks Brothers, Cole Haan, and Polo Ralph Lauren.
