Scope Of Work
Rockford created Thomas M. Cooley Law School's fifth campus, in Tampa in 2012. The project involved repurposing a former insurance provider's office building into a state-of-the-art law school. The 132,000 sq. ft. building accommodates 700 students and includes a 25,000 sq. ft. law library, 336-seat auditorium, and 24 classrooms.
