Scope Of Work
Bloomin' Brands is one of the nation's largest casual dining companies, and Rockford began working for the brand in 2012. To date, Rockford Trades has remodeled five Bonefish Grills, one Carrabba's Italian Grill, and 40 Outback Steakhouses. Two new Bonefish Grills and two new Carrabba's Italian Grills were built in 2013 and 2014. Rockford Trades' team travels to the locations in Michigan, Indiana, and Wisconsin and provides efficient carpentry and subcontractor management to quickly help the restaurant serve its customers.
