?KEM was contracted by Lennar Multifamily Construction to provide moisture intrusion management and mold prevention services during the construction of this multi-family residential property. Our team provided monthly inspections for water intrusion and mold during the course of construction. We also provided supplemental inspections after significant weather or water events. The project was Certified Mold-Free upon delivery.
In addition to inspections, KEM provided training for Hoar Construction Superintendents and Project Managers on the project to heighten awareness of the dangers of water intrusion during construction.
