Scope Of Work
Project scope includes design/build services to decentralize
300 areas underground steam distribution system for BLDG#
307,309,318,321,335,326,334,357 & 365. To survey the
existing steam system in each of above facilities, design and
replace existing steam heating system with new hot water
heating system, new air handling units including concrete
pads, DDC controls, vibration isolators, hot water and DXX
coils of same capacity as existing to match, gas fired unit
heaters, electric wall heaters and domestic hot water system
for each of above buildings as required in accordance with
latest International Building Code (1BC).
