Scope Of Work
GWS provided the studies and designs for this 300,000 square foot retail and entertainment complex in Whitemarsh, MD. The Avenue is built in the theme of small town America main street. It includes eight dinning facilities, a variety of specialty retailers and a Loews Theater.
GWS played an important role throughout the entire planning, design and construction aspects of the project. Involvement ranged from the intial planning stages to participation in zoning hearings and construction stakeout.
