Scope Of Work
FE led the local Design-Build team to construct a potable water booster station. The project included a 690 sq. ft. masonry building with wood trusses and composition roof. This project had a design-build schedule of 150 days for completion. FE used the Total Team Approach to accomplish the goals within the time frames allowed. The change in the final contract amount was due to site location changes directed by the owner. Even with the changes, the project was completed two weeks ahead of schedule.
