Scope Of Work
Being the tallest building in New Bedford, the Regency Tower is certainly one of the most prominent buildings in downtown New Bedford. Prior to a $30 million redevelopment, Primewas contracted to prepare an ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey of the property. The survey was used in the process of securing financing for the redevelopment. The rebirth of Regency Tower was an integral part in the revitalization of downtown New Bedford and we are proud to have played a part in this important project.
