Scope Of Work

Described by Yahoo as a "Beach House You'd Have to See to Believe", this "house" is truely a modern marvel. Built upon an abandoned Navy Bunker, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, and a guest house a spectacular on its own, this project required perfection in every aspect its construction. Prime was contracted to provide the site layout and construction support. Everything on the site, right down to the landscaped islands and lawn areas were meticulously layed out to ensure the project was completed precisely as designed.
