Scope Of Work
The 1301 University Avenue building is a multi-use building in close proximity to the University of Minnesota. This six story building has 92 apartments for student use and 5,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor. The underground parking garage has space for 62 cars, and is heated. Surface parking provides an additional 30 spots. Lindell Engineering, Inc. assisted in the design of the Mechanical and Electrical system for the building, each apartment has it's own heating and cooling unit.
Besides the great view, the complex offers outdoor seating, dining, a fitness center and tanning beds.
