Scope Of Work
This 250,000 square-foot, 4-star luxury hotel is part of D.C.'s substantial waterfront development. The 12-story structure contains 278 guest rooms, a first-floor restaurant and 6,000 square feet of retail. Guest amenities include a 5,000 square-foot ballroom, 4,000 square feet of meeting space, a spa and fitness center, a restaurant bar and lounge , and a rooftop pool and bar. The guest rooms feature high-end finishes, including stained millwork and custom tile bathrooms. Guest rooms range from single king rooms to a two-story penthouse suite. The building’s façade is comprised of brick, window wall, and metal panels.
The project was constructed on the 24,000 square-foot pad of a below-grade parking garage. The parking garage is part of the greater development of the Southwest Waterfront, which was also constructed by Clark.
The hotel is designed to achieve ® Silver certification.
