Scope Of Work

Ocotillo is a master-planned community located in Chandler that will incorporate approximately 1,200 homes at build-out.  The community is constructed around 27 holes of golf and 138-acres of lakes that are supplied reclaimed water from the nearby City of Chandler wastewater treatment plant. RICK completed grading and drainage master plan for the entire first phase and has provided civil engineering and surveying services, including final engineering design on numerous parcels throughout the development.
