Scope Of Work
RICK performed the preliminary and final engineering for the Hyatt Place located in the Raincross District of downtown Riverside. The Hyatt Place Downtown Riverside sits on what was once a public parking lot at the corner of Market and 5th Street. The 5-story hotel features 125 guest rooms, more than 1,700-square feet of flexible meeting space, pool, fitness center, and breakfast area.
Design aspects included precise grading plans, private sewer and water plans, Final Water Quality Management Plan, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, street improvement plans, and storm drain improvement plans. In addition, RICK was involved in the Topographic Survey, Right-of-Way dedication and Utility Easements.
