Scope Of Work

RICK performed civil engineering design services for this $14M, 40-acre, Vail School District facility in Tucson, Arizona. The project, located on Mary Ann Cleveland Way, consisted of four classroom buildings, basketball courts, baseball and softball fields, multi-use athletic and football fields, small stadium facility, bus loop, vehicle drive aisles, parking areas, and an onsite resident dwelling. Additionally, RICK prepared detailed onsite surface grading, paving and drainage plans, storm drain plans, offsite and onsite public water, onsite private water and sewer plans, and horizontal control plans. All aforementioned designs were in conformance with applicable standards (i.e. ADA and NFHS).
