Scope Of Work
The project scope was to replace the existing Siemens controls system in the building with a new LonWorks control system. This included 68 air handler units and retrofitting 288 VAV boxes with new dampers and controls. Additionally, this work included the central cooling and heating plant. The following equipment received new controls chillers, steam hot water converters, pumps, exhaust fans, outside air fans and cooling towers were provided. This project was awarded as a design build project and required updating current operating parameters and sequences.
