Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the construction of over 6.5 miles of paved concrete trails within the 511-acre Medina River Nature Area. The project also involved the construction of two 26 car asphalt-paved parking lots, two prefabricated structural steel bridges, a cast-in-place concrete bridge, culverts/drainage structures, retaining walls, switchback sidewalks between two large elevations, power electrical distribution, potable water utilities, ADA compliant ramps, walkway and pole lighting, CCTV cameras, emergency callbox system, and street and trail signage. The bridges span the Medina River and Leon Creek.
