Scope Of Work
This wood framed building with an EIFS and masonry skin includes a dramatic exposed ceiling in the dining area. The exterior design is highlighted by a two and a half story brick corner tower element. The project began prior to completion of the final drawings, and specifications that had originally been prepared per California building codes had to be converted to meet Wisconsin codes.
