Scope Of Work
Design and Build of a 19,000 square foot building for Collection Storage and Processing for the Smithsonian Institution. Work include structural modifications and improvements to the existing building slab, installation of new insulated metal building, oversized overhead coiling doors, new electrical service, power, and LED lighting, VESDA Fire Alarm System, AAON HVAC unit with ducted and BAF distribution system, and a humidification system.
