Scope Of Work
This project includes the demolition of four existing structures, new construction of a new 121,000 square foot two story building, site and utility improvements. Our scope of work includes providing the electrical utility joint trench primary and secondary complete, interior and exterior building electrical and fire alarm systems complete, conduit infrastructure for voice, data, AV, and security systems, and site lighting improvements.
