Scope Of Work
A nine-story, 245,000 square-foot Support Services Building for Denver Health Hospital Administration involving the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), prefabrication/preconstruction methods and material management practices. This commercial and industrial (C&I) project is part of Denver Health’s ten-year strategic plan to improve and consolidate facilities and patient access on their downtown campus, integrating hospital administration, physician suites and the office of Denver’s Medical Examiner.
