Scope Of Work
This was a two phase project. Phase one was an interior renovation of two skilled nursing wings, approximately 11,000 sq.ft. Phase two was the front exterior facade and Porte cochere. Our scope of work included cold formed metal framing, light gauge metal framing, metal roof trusses, corrugated decking, sheathing, exterior finishes, drywall and fiberglass column enclosures.
