Renovation of a 234,000 square foot, two-building R&D campus for 850 employees. It included a 25,00 square feet of lab space, a 7,500 square foot data center, 65 conference rooms, a full-service cafeteria, internet cafes, lounges, customer briefing center, executive office suites, fitness center and employee break/game rooms.
