Scope Of Work
Tee Jay Service assisted in the design of this new doorway leading into the residential space from the new garden. Tee Jay removed the existing window wall, keeping the existing structural curtainwall intact, and installed a wide accessible automatic swing door, framing, and tempered safety glass. This new doorway allows the residents, even in a wheelchair or motorized scooter, to enjoy the beautiful new garden.
