Scope Of Work
After receiving a LEEDs certification of 99.97% recycling rate, our Construction Services Division restored the façade of the remaining structure. We imported fill and established the grade to the foundation of the structure, protected underground piping and installed new conduit. We restored the exterior brick walls and the slate roof. We also furnished and installed topsoil, hydro-seeded the areas as needed and repaired the pavement. The hospital was in operation throughout the construction process.
