Scope Of Work
Climatec installed an BACnet open protocol building management systems in Toyota’s United States headquarters including corporate offices, research and warehouse space. The system includes over 1000 VAV Boxes, 15 VAV AHU’s, 3 chillers, 3 cooling towers and 3 boilers and continues to expand with Toyota’s continued growth. The project utilizes an Ethernet backbone through out the facility and integrates lighting control and chiller controls. The project is utilizing third party commissioning and Climatec delivered the project within the initial construction budget.
