Scope Of Work

The John C Lincoln Medical Center was a retrofit project that was converted Steafa Smart II System to Alerton BACtalk. The JCL Medical Center project retrofit of the existing hospital was completed in September 2002. It was completed during off hours to minimize the impact on the hospital staff and customers. The expansion of the JCL Medical Center from a 97 bed facility to a 294 bed facility is currently underway and will be completed in January 2004. The retrofit project was done as a design build project directly with the hospital and was completed within budget and ahead of schedule. Climatec BTG currently has a service contract for the DDC system and training at this facility. A new West-Com Odyssey Plus system was installed in the recent New Tower hospital expansion.

The 1st Floor is a new Emergency Department with 32 Beds and 4 Masters. The 2nd Floor has 32 Beds and 2 Masters. The 3rd Floor is completed with 30 Beds and a 4 Bed Dialysis area. Some of the existing Dukane systems were also replaced in the original tower. 24 Beds were changed to West-Com Odyssey Plus in a renovation area. 13 Beds were added in a renovation for the new Mendy’s pediatric Emergency Department. An existing PACU was also renovated and outfitted with new Code Blue buttons. The Fire Alarm System is a multi-node Edwards Systems Technology EST-3 Network. We currently have one EST-3 panel in the Existing Tower, one EST-3 panel was added for the New Tower, and a third EST-3 panel was added for the new Parking Garage. The EST-3 panels are networked together to function as one system.
