Scope Of Work
Climatec provided the Building Automation System for the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego when the project broke ground in 2006. The hotel consists of conference areas, condominiums, hotel rooms, concert venues, restaurants, and spa. Climatec has engineered, furnished and installed Alerton BACtalk digital controls for control and monitoring of HVAC system, including a Carrier BACnet interface for the chillers. This project is regularly maintained by Climatec’s Alerton factory certified engineers.
