Scope Of Work
In this project, Climatec was contracted by University Mechanical to install a new Building Management and Fire Alarm System. Time, in this project was always a very important concern; this project had to be finished during the off season, prior to the new hockey season. For this reason, Climatec had to work closely with the construction team and the arena’s administrative staff to schedule and complete work under budget and ahead of schedule. This project was delivered on time and well within the established budget. The primary roles Climatec served as on this project were:
- Provide all equipment for the fire alarm
- Provide all panel programming and commissioning
- Provide all terminations at control equipment
- Provide all AHJ testing and owner training
