Scope Of Work
Climatec installed an open protocol BACnet building management system in the prestigious new luxury hotel and spa across from Dole corporate headquarters. The system includes over 300 Terminal Units, 33 Air Handling Units, 2 Chillers, 3 Cooling Towers, 3 Boilers, and Kitchen and Laundry system controls. The project utilizes an Ethernet backbone throughout the facility and integrates several building system protocols.
