Scope Of Work
Work for this project includes the replacement of the 2-span structure over Woonasquatucket River. The bridge work also includes a concrete deck & sidewalk, Precast Prestressed NEXT (New England Extreme Tee) Beams, utility relocation, lighting, temporary working platform & utility support bridge, temporary earth retaining walls. Additional work involves the demolition of the entire existing bridge superstructure, pier cap & partial demolition. Turino utilized 4D technology to assess crane logistics, wingwall issues, traffic control switchover issues, and constructability concerns with SOE and utility poles, aiding in time and cost savings.
