Scope Of Work
The scope of this project called for the reconstruction / reconfiguration of approximately one mile of Interstate 95 including all bridge structures and ramps. The bridge work under this project included the complete replacement of the existing Bridge 550 multi-span plate girder structure with a new single span signature arch with multiple architectural enhancements including LED lighting and four aluminum sculptures which will be mounted on pylons marking the bridge approaches. Turino developed the Contract Time Determination schedule containing multiple accelerated construction options in order to determine the potential overall time-frame for the project.
