Katherine Crespin is the President of KVC Constructors, Inc. and offers 30 years of real-time building construction industry experience, with almost 20 years in principal leadership. Before co-founding KVC Constructors she earned a B.S. from the University of Florida's Rinker School of Building Construction, and worked in both subcontractor, and construction manager positions. Today, she leads our team of more than 25 construction professionals through ground breaking work.

Vick Crespin is the Vice President, and co-founding member of KVC Constructors, Inc. Prior to KVCs inception he was VP of Operations and Chief Estimator at a major south Florida construction firm. With more than 35 years of building construction industry experience, Vick has overseen more than $600 MM of commercial construction over a vastly broad range of project types. His knowledge and experience in estimating, value engineering, procurement, and project management is a significant contributor to the success of projects at KVC Constructors, Inc.

Alex Felipe has been with KVC Constructors since 2001. As Project Executive, Alex is responsible for estimating, new project bidding, new project procurement, and construction project management oversight. Prior to joining KVC, Alex earned a Bachelor of Building Construction from the University of Florida, and gained critical industry experience via a major south Florida construction firm. Alex has a unique skill set that lends itself to a variety of contract formats including but not limited to CM at Risk, CM as Agent, Design-Build, and typical general contracting.

Alex Motola is a Project Manager and has been with the KVC team for 3 years. Prior to joining the construction industry, Alex graduated with a B.S. from the University of Florida's Rinker School of Building Construction. He has 8 years of construction management industry experience and offers a wide breadth of project oversight expertise. Alex has worked on a variety of construction project types ranging from industrial, to multifamily residential, and commercial work.
 

Andy Del Toro has been with KVC Constructors since 2002, and was promoted to Project Executive in 2018 after leading KVC staff through our largest new construction project to date. Andy has built a strong portfolio via more than 21 years of construction industry experience and has contributed in all stages of construction management process throughout his career including but not limited to new project procurement, estimating and preconstruction, coordination and construction management, and completion and project close-out.

Derek Granquist, Project Manager, joined the company in 2013. Prior to joining KVC, Derek graduated with a B.S. in Construction Management from Minnesota State University of Moorhead while simultaneously working with local construction companies to gain the necessary construction experience and knowledge. Combined, he offers more than 12 years in the construction industry experience, working collaboratively with customers, designers, engineers, subcontractors to provide process management expertise.

Gretchen Velez has been a part of the KVC team for over 5 years now. She began her career with KVC as a Project Estimator and is currently a Project Engineer. She has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, and offers more than 7 years of building construction management industry experience via interior renovations, project management, process planning, and client/designer collaboration.
 

Joseph Bickar is a Project Manager for KVC Constructors, Inc. and has over 10 years of experience working in the construction industry. Joe has worked both on the owners and contractors side of development affording him a unique perspective of the construction process. His experience of working closely with development teams, architects, and engineers allows him to lead construction teams through project specific challenges and value engineered design modifications, while minimizing cost and schedule impacts.

Jose Lopez, Project Manager, joined KVC in April of 2017. Prior to joining the company, Jose worked across a broad range of commercial construction projects across Puerto Rico including Malls and Walmart Stores. Jose offers close to ten years of industry experience including but not limited to environmental work, professional leadership, and real time commercial construction management.

Nathan Crespin joined KVC Constructors as a Project Engineer in 2016. Prior to joining KVC Constructors, Nate earned undergraduate and graduate degrees respectively from the Savannah College of Arts and Design, and Carnegie Mellon University. Nate offers more than 5 years of project management industry experience with intensive focus on multidisciplinary design development, process planning, and client relations. His experience has lent itself to a broad range of work including but not limited to the construction of KVC projects like ICA Museum, and Wynwood Parking Garage.

Ana SanMartin is an Assistant Project Superintendent for KVC Constructors, Inc. She has over 11 years of experience in the construction industry. As Assistant Superintendent, she facilitates communication of impending design issues to ensure construction is completed as designed per code. Ana has excellent analytical and organizational skills that include the ability to communicate well, and manage trade workers. Her additional responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of inspections and helping with the preparation of records for all Certificate of Occupancy activities.

Edward Gonzalez, Project Superintendent, offers more than 20 years of building construction industry experience. Prior to joining KVC Constructors in 2016, Edward worked across a broad range of commercial, residential, and municipal construction projects across Puerto Rico. His educational background in civil engineering in combination with his in depth professional experiences equips him with a unique set of tools that have proven particularly effective in the construction arena.

Nick Walsh is a Project Superintendent with KVC Constructors, Inc. celebrating more than 40 years in the construction industry. His hands-on management experience has resulted in the successful completion of more than 37 commercial, industrial, and theme park construction projects across Florida. Throughout his career Nick held the positions of Project Manager, Project Engineer & CPM Scheduler on both Private and Government/Municipal construction projects.

Oreste 'Rusty' Orozco, Project Superintendent, offers close to 30 years of construction industry experience. His boots-on-the-ground management style has been a significant contributor to KVC jobsite successes for more than 10 years. Rusty has overseen close to $300 MM of commercial construction through a multitude of contract formats across south Florida.
