Scope Of Work
The Millennium Surgery Center project is a , ground-up, 13,000 SF ambulatory surgery center that is adjacent to Memorial Hospital, in Bakersfield. The I-2.1 Occupancy center features 4 operating rooms, a laser eye room, a 10 bed post-op and a 7 bed pre-op. The 5,200 SF business side of the facility will house enough staff to facilitate the center.
