Scope Of Work
Ground up construction of a new 14,800 square foot city Recreation Center/Emergency Shelter including earthwork, masonry, covered entrances, Hardie siding, Nichiha panels, storefront entrances, athletic flooring, LVT, VCT, sealed concrete floors, structural steel, utilities, paving, concrete, landscape and irrigation, restrooms and locker rooms, and metal roofing.
