Scope Of Work
This project includes construction of a new STEM focus school serving grades 6 through 12. The school will be located on a ground-lease parcel located in the northeast corner of the campus of Washington State University at Vancouver (WSUV). The new building will provide approximately 78,000 enclosed gross square feet, as well as a covered, open-air fitness space located on the second floor. The design includes 3 levels of classrooms, labs, art, media and fabrication space arranged around a central gathering/presentation space. The site design includes an outdoor gathering area, an arts patio, a covered play structure and a stormwater feature. The project also includes parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, paths, landscaping, elevated walkways / bridge connections, a trash enclosure, and utility yards.
