Scope Of Work
Grand Ridge Plaza at Issaquah Highlands is a LEED Silver Certified retail center situated on the mountainside of Washington’s Issaquah Alps.
Robinson Construction Co. was contracted to construct six multi-tenant buildings totaling 45,000 SF as well as tenant improvement build-outs for BevMo!, Frame Central, Francesca’s, Civilized Nature.
From preconstruction to project closeout, extensive coordination and construction management was required to deliver a project that was completed on time, within budget, and exceeded the expectations of Regency Centers and their tenants.
This retail center has become the destination for shopping, dining, and entertainment just east of Seattle.
