Scope Of Work

Burman was awarded the contract for the build-out of the new RBC Wealth Management offices in downtown Providence, RI.  The project was a gut renovation of 10,000 s/f of space on the 11th floor of a downtown high-rise which included all new partitions, custom architectural millwork, custom 9′ walnut doors, glass office fronts, all finishes, ceilings, plumbing, mechanical and  electrical system upgrades. The project took place in a fully occupied building, which required proactive planning for logistics, including material deliveries and occupant safety.  Burman carefully controlled the impact of construction activities onto the surrounding occupied areas by mitigating noise, vibration and dust throughout the duration of the project.
