Scope Of Work
This seven story 100,000 square foot hotel facility includes a banquet & dining facility, a new indoor swimming pool and workout facility and 160 guest rooms. This fast track project was completed in less than 12 months!
This project included extensive remediation because it was a former manufacturing facility site and we were able to salvage all of the brick from the former site and reuse for this project.
