Scope Of Work
Renovation of a retail space on the ground floor of the Westin Hotel to create a Cigar Lounge with a walk-humidor, custom bar, a VIP lounge area and humidified locker storage for clients to store their personal supply of cigars.
A specialized ventilation system utilizing an Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) along with a specifically designed air filtration system was installed to keep the odor from spreading throughout the hotel.
