Our Company was founded in 1981 by Bruce Wernert and to this day our mission has not changed:  “To provide our clients with construction services that are on time, within budget, and with the highest quality craftsmanship.”  We are proud to have a 90% repeat business rate since the day our doors opened. Wernert has been a family-owned and operated business for over 35 years.  We are a full-service builder and construction manager with a reputation for completing complex projects on time and within budget. Our extensive portfolio includes both residential and commercial projects that stand as a testament to the quality and range of services we offer.  Beginning with project planning and throughout construction, we are committed to maintaining the strictest standards for quality, value and safety.

Our best assets are our experienced personnel working as laborers, carpenters, masons, heavy equipment operators, project managers, superintendents, estimators, accounting, office personnel and our extensive list of trade contractors.  We are committed to quality craftsmanship, and a desire to build relationships that are based on old-fashioned principles of trust and integrity.
