Scope Of Work
Our team constructed a two-story addition to the existing building which consists of structural steel/wood framing with a concrete slab on deck. The exterior is red brick veneer and white vinyl siding with wood roof finished with composition shingles and dormers. This facility has infrastructure to support a 30-chair dental facility and 7,000 square feet of space for four tenant spaces. Fire alarms, fire sprinkler system and an elevator are included.
Other features include three x-ray rooms, a reception area and multiple waiting areas. The new facility will be devoted to orthodontics, general dentistry, operatory and pediatric dentistry with the appropriate x-ray, sterilization and preparatory stations required for support. In addition, there is office space, a break room and a dental lab.
