Scope Of Work

Renovations at 160 South River Road in Bedford have been completed. The medical office building experienced core and shell renovations that include new HVAC systems, lighting, life safety measures, sprinkler system infrastructure and a new elevator. New finishes in the common spaces and corridors were also part of the work. A complete overhaul of the site included new drainage systems, sidewalks, site lighting and landscaping, as well as a connector road to an adjacent facility. The building facade, which includes new canopies, glass entries and paint systems, has also been upgraded.
